About Me
A space for women navigating identity, growth, responsibility, and the beautiful mess in between.
In a Nutshell
Her Morning Commute is where I share what I am learning about boundaries, personal growth, motherhood, emotional well-being, and finding yourself again when life has become more about managing everything than actually living.
If You Want the Whole Story
Hi, I’m Jazmin. I’m a mother, wife, career woman, oldest daughter, and lifelong overthinker learning that being capable does not mean I have to carry everything.
As the oldest daughter, I learned early to anticipate needs, solve problems, and be dependable. That responsibility became part of my identity, and it followed me into adulthood, shaping how I showed up in my career, relationships, motherhood, and everyday life.
Her Morning Commute began during a season when all of those responsibilities had slowly pushed parts of me into the background. I was handling life, but I was also wondering where I had gone inside all of it.
As I began writing, I realized this experience was not limited to working mothers or oldest daughters. Many women know what it feels like to become responsible for so much that they lose touch with themselves.
This space is for the woman who has spent years being dependable, thoughtful, prepared, and available, but is ready to ask what she needs too.
